How delivery days work
- We process orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We do not deliver on Sundays.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sunday or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
- Business days are counted from the day your order is processed.
- Delivery times are estimates.
- If your address is in a remote area, your order is delivered as a remote-area delivery (2–3 business days) even if a faster option was selected at checkout. Your order confirmation email states the delivery time for your address.
