Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Omnimakers. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products and transparent after-sales support. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Return Window:
    Requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility:
    Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Consumables (including filaments, resins, and similar materials)

    • Any item with opened or damaged packaging

    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

To request a return, contact us at info@omnimakers.com with your order details. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to:

  • A damaged item on arrival

  • An incorrect item sent by Omnimakers

In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Omnimakers.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply if consumables listed on the original invoice were opened. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please email info@omnimakers.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please:

  1. Submit a return request (subject to eligibility)

  2. Place a new order separately


Warranty

All products sold by Omnimakers include a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only

  • It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

 Omnimakers independently provides local after-sales support to help ensure our customers have reliable assistance after purchase.  

  • If you experience a product quality or manufacturing-related issue, our team will first work with you through online technical support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve the problem as efficiently as possible. Where needed, we will also assist with spare parts support for eligible cases.  
  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will coordinate the next appropriate support step with you, which may include inspection or repair assistance depending on the situation.  
  • For setup issues, operational questions, or user-related challenges, we also do our best to support customers through guidance, troubleshooting, and video resources whenever possible.

 

Warranty Claims

  • Products must be returned for inspection

  • Shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise by Omnimakers.

Resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) is subject to the Omnimakers warranty terms.

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

Do not ship items back until you receive written approval and return instructions.
