Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

For eligible destinations, next-day delivery is available for orders processed before the daily cutoff time.

For eligible destinations, Same-day delivery is available for orders placed befor 12:00 PM (extra charges applies) 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.


Shipping Coverage

At this time, we ship to selected locations only. Shipping availability and applicable rates are shown at checkout where applicable.


Order Tracking

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.


Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to operational, logistical, or external circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
